Ingredients:
For the Crust:
- 200 grams biscuits
- 80 grams roasted almonds (or your favorite nuts)
- 100 grams butter
For the Chocolate Ganache:
- 150 grams chocolate
- 90 grams whipped cream
- 7 grams butter
Instructions:
Prepare the Crust:
- In a food processor, blend the biscuits and roasted almonds until they turn into fine crumbs.
- Melt the butter in a microwave or on the stovetop.
- Combine the biscuit-almond crumbs with melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
