No-Bake Chocolate Ganache Tart

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

  • 200 grams biscuits
  • 80 grams roasted almonds (or your favorite nuts)
  • 100 grams butter

For the Chocolate Ganache:

  • 150 grams chocolate
  • 90 grams whipped cream
  • 7 grams butter

Instructions:

Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a food processor, blend the biscuits and roasted almonds until they turn into fine crumbs.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave or on the stovetop.
  3. Combine the biscuit-almond crumbs with melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
