Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes (500 grams)
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Black pepper
- Parsley
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- Basil
- Breadcrumbs
Instructions:
- Peel and grate the potatoes using a grater. Place the grated potatoes in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes, salt, paprika, black pepper, chopped parsley, cornstarch, egg, grated parmesan cheese, and chopped basil.
