Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Crescent Ring (Weight Watchers-Friendly)
Ingredients
- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated reduced-fat crescent rolls, separated into 16 triangles
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken breast
- 1 cup finely chopped broccoli florets (steam in the microwave for 1 minute or use frozen and thawed)
- 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten with 1 teaspoon of water (for egg wash)
