Cheesy Chicken and  Broccoli Crescent Ring (Weight Watchers-Friendly)

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated reduced-fat crescent rolls, separated into 16 triangles
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1 cup finely chopped  broccoli florets (steam in the microwave for 1 minute or use frozen and thawed)
  • 4 ounces reduced-fat cream  cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella  cheese
  • ¼ cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten with 1 teaspoon of water (for egg wash)
