- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
- Cut in the butter with a fork or your fingers until the mixture resembles fine crumbs.
- Slowly add the milk and mix until the dough comes together. Be careful not to overdo it.
- Add the blueberries slowly and be careful not to crush it while kneading.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead very gently a few times until it sticks together.
- Roll out the dough into a 1-inch circle. Using a cookie cutter or cup, cut out cookies and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Cover the top of the cookies with whipped cream and sprinkle some sugar on top if you want a little more flavor.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until top is golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool slightly on a rack before serving.
