Baskets of Banana, Oats and Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 100 g oat flour
  • 30 g of peanuts
  • 1 bar of milk chocolate

Necessary Kitchen Equipment:

  • Bowl
  • Fork or blender
  • Cups or muffin tins
  • Oven
  • Microwave or pot to melt the chocolate
  • Chopping board and knife for chopping peanuts

Preparation and Cooking Time:

  • Preparation: approximately 15-20 minutes
  • Cooking: approximately 15-20 minutes
  • Total time: approximately 30-40 minutes

Procedure:

  1. Prepare the Banana and Oat Base:
    • In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork or use a blender until pureed.
    • Add the spoonful of honey to the banana puree and mix well.
    • Stir the oat flour into the banana-honey mixture. Let sit for about 10 minutes so the oatmeal can absorb some moisture and puff up slightly.
  2. Forming the Baskets:
    • Distribute the mixture into the muffin cups or molds, forming baskets. You can use paper or silicone molds.
