DONUTS FROM THE OVEN WITHOUT DROP OF OIL

introduction

There is no one who doesn’t like donuts and doesn’t enjoy them as long as they are greasy, sweet and “hollow” while eating them.

Although they are a favorite delicacy, many people avoid eating them because they are fried in oil, a lot, and standing by the stove is tiring.

This is the recipe for donuts from the oven: Ingredients: 40 g of fresh yeast 900 g of strong flour 100 g of soft dough for mixing and shaping 4 eggs, 300 ml of yogurt

200 ml of water

150 g of sugar, 250 g of margarine

Preparation:

dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and add a spoonful of sugar. Pour flour, yogurt, eggs, the rest of the sugar, 150 g of melted margarine and yeast that has been left for a few minutes into the pan. Combine the dough with a food processor so that it is soft and sticky. Make it well with a welding machine, then leave it to stand for an hour, to double in size.

When the dough has risen, sprinkle the work surface with soft flour, shake out the dough and knead gently and slowly. Sprinkle the surface and dough with flour again and roll it out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1 – 1.5 cm. Take out the donuts with a glass and place them in a baking tray that you have coated with another margarine. Take care to leave space between the donuts because they will grow a lot, and because of this you will certainly not have everything in one pan.
