Mix equal parts baking soda and sugar and sprinkle it in areas where you’ve seen cockroaches. The sugar attracts them, and the baking soda acts as a natural poison.
4. Essential Oils
Cockroaches dislike the smell of certain essential oils. Mix a few drops of peppermint, eucalyptus, or tea tree oil with water and spray it around entry points and suspected hiding places.
5. Bay Leaves
Bay leaves are a natural cockroach repellent. Place dried bay leaves in cupboards, drawers, and other areas where cockroaches are likely to hide.
