Chocolate Pear Cake

Of course, it tastes good all year round! But especially in autumn, when the temperatures drop, I find myself craving chocolate and marzipan. Here I’ve combined them to make a chocolate pear cake. You can find the recipe right here below!

INGREDIENTS

3 eggs
1 pinch of salt
250 g flour
100g dark chocolate
175g butter
50g sugar

200g marzipan paste (or 150g sugar)
100ml milk
2 teaspoons of baking soda
4 pears
50g baking-proof chocolate chips
