INGREDIENTS
500g wheat flour type 405 or spelt flour type 630
1 pack of dry yeast or 1/2 cube of fresh yeast
250ml lukewarm water
25ml olive oil
5-10g salt, depending on taste
100g butter
35g parsley
15g thyme
alternatively: a total of 50g mixed herbs of your choice
2 cloves of garlic
1 pinch of salt
