INGREDIENTS
For the shortcrust pastry:
275g wheat flour type 405 or spelt flour type 630
150g soft butter
125g sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
For the filling:
750g low-fat curd
125g sugar
3 eggs
1 pack vanilla pudding powder
150g soft butter
2 tsp lemon zest
175g canned pickled mandarins
