INSTRUCTIONS
Knead the ingredients for the shortcrust pastry into a smooth dough. Roll it out on a little flour to a thickness of about 0.7cm and line a springform pan with it. Place it in the fridge for another 30 minutes.
step 2
In the meantime, beat the sugar and eggs. Stir in the butter. Add the quark, vanilla pudding powder and lemon zest.
step 3
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees top/bottom heat.
Pour 1/3 of the quark mixture onto the cooled base and place a few drained mandarins on top. Spread the remaining quark mixture over it and place the remaining mandarins in a circle.
Bake the cheesecake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Turn off the oven, open the door a crack and let it sit in the oven for another 30 minutes. Then take it out and cool it completely at room temperature.
It’s best to leave it in the fridge for a while.
