  1. sauté chopped onion in olive oil spray add halved grape tomatoes, sauté until onions are a touch golden, then add the slivered garlic and brown garlic a touch.. add salt and pepper and fresh lemon juice …add the rinsed and drained hearts of palm, and lots of seasoning .. I added Trader Joe’s 21 seasoning salute, more salt and pepper, paprika, Italian seasonings, and Mrs Dash Original seasoning.. I then added sone fresh chopped garden basil and parsley .. heat quickly until everything is heated through then sprinkle with some freshly grated vegan cheese..

  • 1 can (9 oz) Trader Joe’s Hearts of Palm Pasta, rinsed and drained
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • Olive oil spray
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, slivered
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp Trader Joe’s 21 Seasoning Salute
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp Mrs. Dash Original seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Freshly grated vegan cheese (optional, for garnish)
