Fried egg cake

INGREDIENTS

For the ground:
150g sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
4 eggs
150ml oil
300g wheat flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda
200g Greek yogurt
For covering:
500g quark (any fat level possible)
150g Greek yogurt (any fat level possible)
50g icing sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 can of halved apricots
1/2 pack of clear cake glaze + ingredients needed for it (in my case some water and 1 tablespoon sugar)
