9 sheets of graham crackers
2 extra-large chocolate bars (such as Hershey’s Dark, 4.25 oz)
1/2 cup chocolate chips (or an additional chocolate bar)
20-24 large marshmallows (preferably rectangular “Stackers”)
1 large egg
1 tsp oil
3/4 cup milk
1 cup + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 quart frying oil (for deep frying)
