Deep Fried S'mores

Prepare the S’mores: Line an 8×8-inch pan with cling wrap. Layer graham crackers on the bottom, spread melted chocolate chips, layer on chocolate bars, add more melted chocolate, top with marshmallows, and finish with another layer of graham crackers. Chill until set.
Prepare Batter: Whisk together the egg, 1 tsp oil, and milk. In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix the wet and dry ingredients until a smooth batter forms.
Cut and Prep S’mores: Once set, cut the chilled giant s’more into 36 squares. Keep refrigerated until ready to fry.
Frying: Heat oil to 375°F in a saucepan. Dip each s’more square into the batter, ensuring a thorough coating, and deep fry in batches until golden brown, approximately 2 minutes. Use a candy thermometer to maintain the oil temperature. Drain the fried s'mores on paper towels.
