Puff pastry squares with feta and spinach: the recipe for a delicious starter

The puff pastry squares with feta and spinach are a quick and tasty appetizer , also excellent for an aperitif with friends. To prepare them, we chopped the spinach with garlic and parsley and then added cream cheese , feta and almonds . The mixture is then used to fill the puff pastry before forming it into squares. The rustic puff pastries are then baked in the oven for about 20 minutes before they can be enjoyed.
