How to prepare puff pastry squares with spinach and feta

Put the spinach, parsley and garlic in the food processor and mix.

When the ingredients are finely chopped, add the cream cheese, feta, salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients well until they form a creamy mixture. Add the almonds and continue mixing.

Roll out the first roll of puff pastry and cut into squares.

Pour the spinach mixture into the center of each square and fold each corner toward the center.

Place the rolls on the baking tray and brush with the beaten egg.

Cook them in a static oven at 180 °C for 20 minutes.

The spinach and feta squares are ready to serve.
