1. First, preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Separate the eggs. Cream together the margarine, sugar and egg yolks. Then stir in the quark, semolina, vanilla sauce powder and salt.
2. Next, beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar until fluffy and fold into the mixture.
3. For the night, line the bottom of a springform pan with baking paper and grease the edge. Fill in the batter. Now just bake the cake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 70 minutes.
