INGREDIENTS
1 roll of puff pastry
Hazelnut cream
Butter (melted)
METHOD
1. Unroll the puff pastry on a cutting board and cut it into 8 pieces with a pizza cutter to obtain a triangle shape.
2. Spread the hazelnut cream on the bottom part of the triangle and roll it out to obtain the croissant.
3. Transfer croissants to the cutting board covered with parchment paper and brush with melted butter.
4. Bake croissants in oven at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes. Serve them all together on a serving plate
