Cheese Potato & Smoked Sausage Casserole

In the meantime, dice the potatoes and add them to a 2-quart saucepan. Stir in the cooked meat for an extra delicious flavor.
In a skillet over medium heat, blend the remaining ingredients until smooth, melted, and heated; this is especially true for the paprika and shredded cheddar cheese. Use a whisk and stir continuously.
Top the meat and potatoes with the white cheese sauce. Evenly distribute the paprika and then top with the shredded sharp cheddar cheese.

Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 35–45 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until top is golden brown.
