Thicken the sour cherries with the pudding powder (or cornstarch) and leave to cool.
Whip the cream until stiff and then mix with the mascarpone, yoghurt, sugar and Baileys. Layer
the cream, amaretti and sour cherries in 6 glasses, alternating layers.
You can leave it to steep, but it doesn’t have to. I prefer it when the amaretti are still crunchy
