Ingredients
For the sponge cake using only egg whites
- 250 g albumen
- 150 g sugar
- 120 gfarina 00
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (optional)
- 1 knob of butter (for the pan)
For the egg white roll paradise cream
- 200 ml sweetened vegetable cream for whipping
- 100 g condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon wildflower honey (or acacia)
To decorate the roll with egg whites and paradise cream
- to taste icing sugar
