The no-bake mini crumbles are delicious and very simple to make sweets, perfect to enjoy as a fresh break during the day or to end a meal in the best way. Believe me when I tell you that they can be prepared in 10 minutes and furthermore, during the short resting time in the freezer so that the biscuit and butter shell becomes compact, you can already prepare the delicious filling by simply mixing the ricotta with the icing sugar and placing it in the fridge until it’s time to use it. The filling is therefore easy, but delicious in its simplicity of ingredients and to give an even more delicious touch to the filling I decided to also include a teaspoon of Nutella in each mini crumble. Furthermore, these delicious sweets are not only popular with adults but also with children who will go crazy for them! At home, these single-portion crumbles last very little, they have an exceptional flavor and very few ingredients are needed to prepare them, namely: dry biscuits, such as petit or digestive, butter, ricotta, icing sugar and Nutella , that’s all.
