Grilled Tomahawk Steak with Herb Butter

1. Remove the steak from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
2. Preheat the grill to high heat.
3. Rub the steak with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
4. Grill the steak for about 12-15 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
5. While the steak grills, mix butter, parsley, thyme, garlic, and lemon zest in a bowl.
6. Once the steak is done, top it with a dollop of the herb butter and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
7. Serve with additional herb butter on the side.
