Preparation:

1. Take one crust, spray one half with oil and sour water, then fold over the other half and sprinkle it as well.
2. Spread with a spoonful of cheese, then roll up the long side. Cut the roll crosswise in half and arrange it in the prepared rectangular pan (greased or lined with baking paper, as usual).

3. Repeat the preparation process with the remaining crusts and fill the pan with the formed rolls.

4. Beat eggs with salt, add yogurt, cream, melted fat (or oil), and mix everything well.
5. Pour the prepared mixture over the drinks, then put them in the oven and turn it on at 200 °C.

After baking

NOTE: The pie is placed in a COLD oven and just as it heats up, the crust will absorb the topping. If you want to work in the usual way, first leave it to stand for half an hour, and then put it in an already heated oven.
6. After 35-40 minutes, take the baked pies out of the oven, cool a little and serve with yogurt or whatever you like.
