Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, sugar, and salt until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and a splash of vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until well combined.
- Stir in 100g of chocolate chunks and chopped nuts.
- Scoop out portions of cookie dough and place them on a baking sheet. Press the remaining 20g of chocolate chunks onto the tops.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 13 to 14 minutes, until the edges are golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack.
