BLTA Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps Recipe

ngredients:

  • ½ cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise (full fat recommended for richer flavor)
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp thinly sliced green onions
  • 1 Tbsp minced parsley
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 3 cups diced cooked and chilled chicken breast
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 ½ cups grape tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • 1 medium avocado (fairly firm but ripe), diced
  • Romaine lettuce leaves, for serving
