20 ml (0.7 fl oz) soy sauce
30 g (1.1 oz) mustard seeds
3 g (0.1 oz) salt
3 g (0.1 oz) black pepper

100 ml (3.4 fl oz) water
20 g (0.7 oz) barbecue sauce
20 g (0.7 oz) mustard seeds
20 g (0.7 oz) chili sauce
20 g (0.7 oz) honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
20 ml (0.7 fl oz) lemon juice

For the Mashed Potatoes:

8 potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 liter (34 fl oz) water
20 g (0.7 oz) butter
3 g (0.1 oz) black pepper
3 g (0.1 oz) salt
3 g (0.1 oz) garlic powder
100 ml (3.4 fl oz) milk
100 g (3.5 oz) cooking cream
100 g (3.5 oz) cheese, grated

Directions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Marinate the Chicken Legs:
In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, mustard seeds, sweet paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken legs and coat them well. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
