Orange Creamsicle Delight

1. In a large bowl, combine the boiling water and the orange Jell-O.
2. Whisk until the Jell-O is completely dissolved.
Stir in the cold water and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, or until it begins to thicken.
Add the vanilla cheesecake pudding mix to the thickened Jell-O and whisk until well combined.
Return the bowl to the refrigerator and chill for another 20 minutes, or until the mixture thickens further.
Fold in the Cool Whip, mandarin oranges, and miniature marshmallows until evenly mixed.
Refrigerate the fluff for 1 to 2 hours to set.
Before serving, garnish with additional mandarin oranges, marshmallows (optional), and a couple of mint leaves for a fresh touch.
