Roll out puff pastry, cut into squares.

Mix orange juice and sugar, brush over baked pastry.
Zest and juice oranges, mix with sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan.
Cook until thickened, let cool.
Whip cream with vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form.
Fold in cream cheese and cooled orange mixture.
Slice pastry squares, fill with orange cream.
