Creamy Sausage-Stuffed Crescent Rolls

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate each triangle. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise to create two smaller triangles.
  • In a skillet, cook the ground sausage until it is thoroughly browned.
  • Let the sausage cool slightly, then transfer it to a mixing bowl. Add the softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, and pepper to taste. Mix well until everything is fully combined.
  • Place a small amount of the sausage mixture on the wider end of each crescent roll triangle.
  • Starting from the wide end, roll the dough around the sausage mixture, tapering it to the point to form a mini crescent.
  • Arrange the crescents on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Enjoy warm!
