Chilled Cucumber Tomato Salad

• 4 cups Cherry or Grape Tomatoes halved
• 2 Cucumbers sliced
• 1 large Red Onion sliced
• Feta Cheese
Instructions
1. Whisk together all the ingredients for salad dressing. Salad dressings should be on the saltier side so that when they are added to the veggies, the flavors balance themselves.
2. Add all the veggies to a large bowl, and toss well with the salad dressing. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Mix again right before serving.
