Ingredients:

200 g hard mozzarella cheese
3 large potatoes
Vegetable oil
Salt to taste
1 onion

1 carrot
A bunch of spring onions
1/2 head of cabbage
150 g bacon
Ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Cheese Base:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (355 degrees Fahrenheit).
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Grate 200 g of hard mozzarella cheese.
Spread half of the grated cheese evenly on the baking tray.

Prepare the Potatoes:

Peel and slice 3 large potatoes.
Place the potato slices over the grated cheese on the baking tray.
Grease the potatoes with vegetable oil.
Sprinkle with salt to taste.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
