Classic Homemade Bread

Directions:

Prepare the Dough:
After 10 minutes, add the eggs, melted butter, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
Gradually add the wheat flour to the mixture, stirring continuously until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Let the Dough Rise:
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for 50 minutes or until it doubles in size.

Shape the Dough:
After the dough has risen, punch it down and shape it into a ball.
Place the dough in a 26 cm baking form lined with parchment paper (or any shape you prefer).
Flatten the dough gently and let it rise for another 20 minutes.

Prepare for Baking:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Make a few holes in the dough with a fork.
Beat the remaining egg and brush it over the top of the dough.
Brush the dough with melted butter for a golden crust.

Bake:
Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the bread sounds hollow when tapped.

Serve:
Let the bread cool slightly before slicing.
