Ingredients:

2 eggs
125 ml (1/2 cup) vegetable oil
250 ml (1 cup) milk
200 g (1 cup) sugar
360 g (3 cups) all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
100 g (2/3 cup) raisins or chocolate chips (optional)
Note: This recipe is written without the optional raisins or chocolate chips. Feel free to add them in if you prefer a sweeter or fruitier muffin.

Instructions:

Preheat and Prep: Get your oven ready by preheating it to 180°C (350°F). Line your muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it with vegetable oil for easy muffin removal later.
