Cheesy Yogurt Breads

Directions

Prepare the Dough:
Mix Ingredients:
In a large bowl, crumble 400 grams of cheese.
Add 2 eggs, 350 grams of yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon sugar. Mix well.
Add 550 grams of flour and 1 tablespoon of baking powder to the mixture.
Knead the mixture into a soft dough.

Shape the Dough:
Divide the Dough:
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
Form each part into a ball.
Press each ball with your hands to form a circle with a thickness of about 5 mm.

Fry the Flatbreads:
Heat the Oil:
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over moderate heat.

Fry the Flatbreads:
Fry each flatbread in the heated oil for about 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Serve:
Serve Warm:
Remove the flatbreads from the pan and place them on paper towels to drain any excess oil.
Serve warm and enjoy!
