  1. Prepare the Frozen Ingredients:
    • Ensure the  strawberries are washed, hulled, and frozen before use. Slice the banana and freeze it along with the  strawberries.
  2. Blend the Ingredients:
    • In a high-powered blender or food processor, combine the frozen strawberries, frozen banana slices, and plain non-fat Greek yogurt. Add the optional sweetener and vanilla extract for added flavor if desired.
  3. Blend Until Smooth:
    • Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and  creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated. The consistency should resemble soft-serve  ice cream cream.
  4. Serve Immediately or Freeze:
    • Serve the strawberry ice cream immediately for a soft-serve consistency. If you prefer a firmer texture, transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze for 1-2 hours before serving.
  5. Garnish and Enjoy:
    • Garnish the  strawberry  ice cream with fresh strawberry slices or mint leaves for a vibrant presentation. Enjoy this refreshing treat on its own or as a topping for waffles, pancakes, or fruit salads.
