- Preheat Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Prepare the Donut Batter:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk, granulated sugar, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and well blended.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix. The batter should be thick and slightly sticky.
- Fill the Donut Mold:
- Spoon the batter into a piping bag or a large zip-top bag with a corner snipped off. Pipe the batter into the wells of the air fryer donut mold, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Air Fry the Donuts:
- Place the filled donut mold into the preheated air fryer basket. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5-6 minutes, or until the donuts are golden brown and cooked through. You may need to air fry in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Prepare the Cinnamon-Sugar Coating:
- While the donuts are cooking, prepare the cinnamon-sugar coating. In a shallow bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- In another shallow bowl, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter.
- Coat the Donuts:
- Once the donuts are cooked and still warm, carefully remove them from the air fryer mold. Dip each donut first into the melted butter, coating all sides.
- Coat in Cinnamon-Sugar:
- Immediately after coating with butter, roll the donuts in the cinnamon-sugar mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Serve and Enjoy:
- Repeat with the remaining donuts. Serve the WW Bubble Donuts warm for the best flavor and texture.
