Easy Ranch Taco Bites

  1. Cook the Ground Turkey:
    • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until browned and cooked through, breaking it up into crumbles as it cooks.
  2. Add Taco Seasoning and Water:
    • Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the cooked turkey. Stir in the water and simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the mixture to thicken slightly.
  3. Prepare the Taco Bites:
    • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the corn tortilla chips in a single layer on a baking sheet.
    • Spread a small amount of refried beans onto each chip, followed by a spoonful of the seasoned ground turkey mixture.
  4. Top with Salsa and Cheese:
    • Spoon a small amount of salsa over each taco bite, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake and Serve:
    • Bake the taco bites in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
    • Remove from the oven and drizzle lightly with ranch dressing. Garnish with chopped tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, or cilantro if desired.
