Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Bisquick
  • 1 lb cooked sausage (crumbled)
  • 4 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.
  2. Cook the Sausage:
    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease and let it cool slightly.
  3. Mix Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick, cooked sausage, beaten eggs, and shredded Cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fill the Muffin Tin:
    • Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool and Serve:
    • Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm or at room temperature.
