Ingredients:
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1 lb cooked sausage (crumbled)
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.
- Cook the Sausage:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease and let it cool slightly.
- Mix Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick, cooked sausage, beaten eggs, and shredded Cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Fill the Muffin Tin:
- Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Serve:
- Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm or at room temperature.
