1. **Salisbury Steak:**
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 oval patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 10 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
2. **Gravy:**
- In the same skillet, add beef broth to the drippings. Mix cornstarch with water and add to skillet. Stir until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
3. **Garlic Mashed Potatoes:**
- Boil potatoes until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and return to pot.
- Add minced garlic, milk, and butter. Mash until smooth and creamy. Season with salt.
4. **Corn:**
- In a pan, heat butter over medium heat. Add corn and cook until heated through. Season with salt.
