  • 1 pound ground sausage

  • 1 can (10 ounces) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained

  • 2 cups biscuit baking mix (such as Bisquick)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preparation:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
