Ingredients

For the Pie Crust:

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust

For the Filling:

  • 500g softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1.5 cups icing sugar (confectioners or powdered sugar)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
    • Gradually add the icing sugar and continue mixing until fully incorporated.
    • Add the vanilla extract and peanut butter, and mix until well blended.
    • Slowly add the whipping cream and mix for one minute until the filling is light and fluffy.
  2. Assemble the Pie:
    • Pour the prepared filling into the pre-made graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
    • Refrigerate the pie for at least 6 hours or overnight to allow it to set properly.
  3. Prepare the Topping:
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the whipping cream and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
    • Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
    • Allow the chocolate mixture to cool for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Add the Topping:
    • Once the chocolate mixture has cooled, slowly pour it over the top of the chilled pie, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
    • Refrigerate the pie until the chocolate topping is fully set.
