Topped Apple pie

Ingredients

For the shortcrust pastry:
350 g flour
200 g cold butter, diced
100 g sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1 egg (M)
1 pinch of salt

For the filling:
1.4 kg sour apples e.g. Red Love or Elstar
100-120 g sugar, depending on the acidity of the apples
1 tsp cinnamon
50 g chopped almonds
2 tbsp lemon juice

Aside from that:
1 springform pan (24 cm) * 26 cm is also possible
1 peeler *
1 rolling pin
1 coated pan
Butter and flour for the mold
Icing sugar for sprinkling

That’s how it’s done:

For the shortcrust pastry:
Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead by hand or with the dough hook of the food processor until you have a smooth dough.
