Easter cheesecake with hazelnut cream and Oreo base

Ingredients

For the ground:
300 g chocolate biscuits with milk cream filling, e.g. Oreo biscuits
100 g butter, melted

For the cheesecake mixture:
170 g whipped cream
300 g cream cheese
300g mascarpone​
3 tbsp milk

1 pack of vanilla sugar
2 bags of Gelatine-Fix
225 g light hazelnut cream
30 g dark chocolate shavings

For decoration:
1 tbsp light hazelnut cream
colorful chocolate eggs
1-2 tablespoons fine chocolate shavings simply finely chop some chocolate

Aside from that:
1 multi-chopper
1 springform pan (18-20 cm)
1 piping bag or freezer bag
Baking paper
