Ingredients
3 eggs
210 g sugar
1 kg quark (low-fat) Alternatively: 500 g low-fat quark, 500 g quark (40 %)
50 g flour (or cornstarch)
1 pack of vanilla pudding powder
1 tsp vanilla paste
Juice of half a lemon
1 pinch of salt
200 ml milk
125 g cream
That’s how it’s done:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat. Line the bottom of a leak-proof springform pan (20 cm)* with baking paper.
