That’s how it’s done:

Drain the cherries, collecting the juice. You will need 6 tablespoons of cherry juice.
Whip the cream.
Mix the mascarpone, quark, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and cherry juice until smooth.
Carefully fold in the cream.

Spread 2-3 tablespoons of cream on the bottom of a baking dish.
Dip the ladyfingers halfway into coffee and place them close together on the cream.
Place 4-5 spoonfuls of cream on the ladyfingers and smooth it out.
Distribute cherries on top.

Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top. Set aside 1 tablespoon for decoration.
Dip the ladyfingers halfway into coffee again and place them close together on the cherries.
Fill the cream into a piping bag with a large nozzle and pipe it onto the ladyfingers.

Let the tiramisu sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Before serving, sprinkle with cocoa and decorate with chocolate shavings and chocolate eggs.
