Ingredients
For the sponge cake:
4 eggs
120 g sugar
1 pinch of salt
100 g flour
30 g cornstarch
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 tsp speculaas spice
For the filling:
500 g baked apple quark (e.g. from Equisa)
250g mascarpone
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp San-apart
For decoration:
150 g whipped cream
1 pack of vanilla sugar
11-12 spiced speculaas for the border
Rosemary, candy canes, cranberries, etc. for decoration
Aside from that:
1 springform pan (18 cm)
1 cake ring
1 piping bag
1 French or star nozzle
