Goga’s rolls

This is a recipe I took from Gaga from the blog Gaga in the quitchen . Gaga copied it from Gaga, I copied it from Gaga, so the recipe should be called Gaga’s Gaga’s Rolls. Or it’s more correct Gaga’s Gaga’s rolls, I’m not sure. Or to reduce the experience and write a recipe, I think that would be the most rewarding.

ingredients

You will need:
250 g of butter
2 dl of sour cream (take care, most packages are 1.8 dl each)
320-330 g of flour
a little salt
1 package of vanilla sugar
+
filling:
jam, jam or marmalade
+
for sprinkling:
about 50 grams powdered sugar
one package of vanilla

Take the butter and sour cream out of the refrigerator and let them warm up to room temperature. Mix butter and sour cream, add salt and vanilla, then slowly, little by little, add flour. Knead the dough, it should be soft and a little sticky, so if you really have to add just a little flour.

Make a ball from the dough, wrap it in cling film and leave it in the cold to rest for at least fifteen minutes.

Heat the oven to 180C.

Sprinkle the work surface with flour and roll out the dough 3-4 mm thick into as regular a rectangle as possible. Cut the rectangles with a sharp knife or a spatula, put a little jam on each and roll it lengthwise into a roll. Press the ends lightly so that the jam does not leak during baking. Arrange them on a tray covered with baking paper. Bake them at 180C for about 15-20 minutes, they only need to brown a little on the bottom side.
