- Boil Water: In a small pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
- Add Onion Peels: Add the onion peels to the boiling water. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Strain: Remove from heat and strain the liquid into a clean container, discarding the peels. Let the onion peel infusion cool.
2. Make the Cream Base:
- Melt the Oils and Beeswax: In a double boiler, combine the olive oil, coconut oil, and beeswax. Heat gently until everything is melted and well combined.
- Cool Slightly: Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly, but not enough to solidify.
3. Combine Ingredients:
- Mix Infusion and Oils: Slowly add the cooled onion peel infusion to the oil mixture, stirring continuously to combine. The mixture should start to thicken as it cools.
- Add Vitamin E: Pierce the vitamin E capsules and squeeze the contents into the mixture. Stir well to incorporate.
4. Store the Cream:
- Transfer to a Jar: Pour the cream into a clean, sterilized jar. Let it cool completely before sealing with a lid.
- Refrigerate: Store the cream in the refrigerator. It will keep for up to two weeks.
